Drippyjewellz- Policy 

We offer refunds within 14 days from received date. We only accept returns on jewellery items that come broken/Damaged. We ask customers to purchase and be 100% sure with there items before buying as we do not accept returns or refunds for items you do not like or thought was different to the picture as our items we well are the same as provided on the website. 

We ask for proof of damage by an imagine you can send to us via email-Drippyjewellz@outlook.com once we have the imagine we will send you our return address once we've then received the damaged item and inspected it we will issue you a refund straight away which will take a few working days to arrive in your bank ( Monday-Friday) or once we've received the damaged item and processed it we can send a replacement one out whichever is preferred to you. We only refund for cost of the item you will be responsible for both returning and receiving the item.

Expectations!

Please note there are expectations to our return and refund policy.

* * Returned items must be sent in original packaging with everything received in the parcel( Order slip, Sweet, Sticker, Jewellery). 

* We do not accept returns or refunds on earrings that come broken or damaged due to hygiene reasons even if they have been unworn/untouched. 

* Drippyjewellz are not liable for the returned item that has got lost on route to us( To prevent we recommend using a tracked 24hr shipping method). 

* If your item has broken/Discolored after the 14day policy that is not our problem as the jewellery has therefore been in your care and how you look after your jewellery. 

* We ask customers to look at the website description under the product before buying to see if jewellery is stainless/ can be worn in water anything gone rusty/ Discolored is then not our problem.
